The City of Adelanto has partnered with Burrtec Waste Industries, Inc. to host a Community Clean Up event this Saturday, October 24th from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Adelanto stadium. Acceptable items include: appliances, computer monitors, furniture, mattresses, metal, electronic waste, tires (off rim), toilets, and televisions. NO HAZARDOUS WASTE. This event is for residents of Adelanto only, proof of residency is required. The entrance for the clean up will be on Adelanto Rd and the exit will be on Stadium Way.

The City of Adelanto is pleased to announce the completion of Phase I of the US 395 widening through Adelanto. The City, working in partnership with other member agencies of the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority and Caltrans, planned, designed, and constructed the $57.8 million project. Funding for the project included $16.3 million in federal funds, $39.4 million in state funds, and $2.1 million in local funds.

The City of Adelanto has partnered with the High Desert Keepers organization and Burrtec Waste Industries, Inc. to clean up illegal dumping in the area of Aster Road and Chamberlaine Way.
