Attention business owners, self-employed individuals and freelancers: You still have time to save on your 2019 taxes! You probably know by now that the IRS has extended the 2019 tax filing and payment deadlines until July 15, 2020. But did you also know that you can still contribute to your IRAs, including your Simplified Employee Pension Individual Retirement Arrangement (SEP-IRA) and reduce your 2019 taxable income by this amount? Yes, you get an automatic extension on your... tax deadline AND save money on last year’s taxes (maybe even get a bigger refund)! We call that a two-fer! And if you don’t yet have a SEP-IRA, you have until July 15 to open one and contribute to it (try to do it a little earlier than the last day though). Speak with your financial planning expert about how to make this work for you. #financialplanning #virtual #financialplanner
