Classes were suspended with the CHILLY weather we had going on, but it seems to be warming up! If this trend continues, we hope to start up at least one evening class again so we can get everyone back in to fighting shape! Stay tuned & let us know if you would like to join us.

Since the time change, classes are now starting at 5pm. & Bring a jacket - it's finally getting chilly!

FYI for anyone wanting to come out for a FREE session, we're currently holding classes on Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 6pm & a floating class on Friday or Saturday as schedules allow - TBD on Thursday after class. This is our temporary schedule to accommodate student school schedules, so if it won't work for you, give us a yell & we'll work something out.
