ABOUT THE WORKSHOP This 90-minute virtual workshop offers the unique opportunity to draw a live circus artist as your model! Gana is an extraordinary, award-winning contortionist and hand balancer. You will have the opportunity to draw her body warming up and progress to unimaginable positions of both balance and extreme flexibility. This event functions like a traditional life-drawing class, with one-minute warmup poses, three-minute poses, and gesture-drawing sections where the model flows through various trick sequences multiple times. Each section will be introduced so that artists know what to expect, and there will be breaks between each section, but there will be no teacher offering instruction. The evening will be broadcast via a Zoom link (sent the day of the workshop).
