Chelsea our miniature schnauzer , Born August .9.2007 - Nov .29.2016 She was a stubborn little girl who loved to play , jump and chase her sister around . A very protective dog with an intimidating bark if an unfamiliar face approached our home . She loved her chicken jerkey this dog could jump very high for her treat... . Chelsea was with us since 6wks old . We got her to keep her sister company they bonded instantly . We miss her and love her as much as she loved us . She was the one who sat on top of the couch with her head peaking through the blinds . She loved going under the bed . Chelsea passed away unexpectedly . She loved to rest her head on a pillow every night at the feet of our bed , unlike her sister who loved to be inside the blankets hugged her to sleep . Love Mom & Dad , Bryana & Anthony and your sister Yoshie . See more

Our buddy, "Bandit" 3 April 2002, Nov 8 2016, Remember when I first seen you as a pup, you pushed you're brother and sister out of the way to get to me, I knew right then you were the one. Most people don't agree with bully's, but you were different, you would rather be petted than anything else, so they are wrong about you're breed. I will remember the good times, and how patient you were, especially with our first... grandson, even though he would pull you're tail, and you're ears, somehow you knew he didn't know better. In the end I know you couldn't handle that last day, so I cried because I knew what the outcome would be, but somehow you managed to look at me one last time to reassure me that it was ok, I know you're playing with bobie right now, I can see it, we love you B. In Precious and Loving Memory of Our Lil Scrappy! You blessed our family so very much and you will be so greatly missed; you will always be in our hearts Scrappy, we love you so much! Thank you for all the great and cherished memories our precious fur-boy! Enjoy your first mommy Bev now, and give her a big wet kiss for me! Thank you Circle of Life for the love and compassion for our precious furkids, and all that you do!... Scrappy belonged to one of my pet sitting customer’s friend, and when he passed away, my customer Bev, who also became a dear and loved friend, took Scrappy. Bev wanted me to take Scrappy then (she already had 2 dogs, Jet and Carly, all rescues), but at that time I had 2 dogs and 5 cats (I now have 3 dogs {was 4}, and 7 cats, also all rescues). Bev ended up having 3 dogs and she was the greatest pet mommy! Bev became ill Mar 2014 and passed away. I knew how much she greatly loved her furkids (and all animals, like me), and I would have taken all three if needed, but her neighbor took Carly, her dear and close friend Cookie took Jet, and I took Scrappy. I bet Bev is laughing about that; I ended up with the precious lil guy afterall, and he is so precious! Scrappy became so sick all of sudden exactly a week ago, at the vet everyday trying to help him, and then the ultrasound late that Friday revealed even more very sad news. If we continued treatment, there were no guarantees, so we stopped and it was this morning at 1am we took him in to give him freedom from his misery; such a hard, sad and painful thing to do, but yet we know it was the right thing to do! Lots and lots of tears, missing him! I will continue to rescue and help save another, and another There’s so many that need a furever and loving home; wish I could save em all! IF only all people had hearts like dogs; what a beautiful world it would be! God bless you all! See more

"Mr. Bun Bun" Mr. Bun Bun first entered our lives when I (his mom) met him while volunteering with the San Diego Humane Society in Oceanside, CA in August of 2015. When I opened up his cage to feed him, he hugged me and gave me sweet little bun kisses. I instantly fell in love with his sweet personality and face, and my goodness those ears! I didn’t even need to ask the question before my husband (his dad) said we could have him. Because of his sweet and affectionate pers...Continue reading

" Our Little Vinnie " We do not know when you were born as you were a rescue from a house of 75 but you left us way too young due to an unexpected illness.. We brought you home May 11, 2013 and had to let you go December 26th, 2015. The 2 1/2 years you were with us brought joy and pleasure for me especially as I received chemo treatment for my leukemia thru the year.... Your cuddling with me between my legs thru the night gave me much peace and your Daddy enjoyed giving your beautiful white belly daily belly rubs. Your big green eyes and sweet soul will be missed and it is difficult to know why things happened as quick as they did but we cherish the time you were with us. Rest in Peace Our Sweet Little Vinnie.
