#Repost @meztliprojects with @get_repost Cuz we can’t say this enough! SAGE PROTECTION INFO... 1. Fall is the growing season for sage. Harvesting sage during this time is harmful to the plant. 2. Some California Natives have asked people to stop harvesting sage. Respect this request!!! Although sage is not yet on the endangered list it is being extremely impacted by excessive and inappropriate harvesting. 3. You might be breaking the law. Collecting plants on public lands is prohibited. (Regulation 36 CFR 261) PLEASE DO: Respect the wishes of Ca. Natives Before buying please ask online retailers where their sage is harvested from DO NOT: Buy from online retailers that can’t disclose their sources
