"I am blessed to know and feel the love of my savior and a Heavenly Father. Relying on my faith in them helps me see life's challenges more clearly. As President Nelson has said in our most recent conference, we have the right to "achieve his or her divine potential". We have a purpose and a pattern set for us here in mortality. As I strive to be more like my savior I am touched with greater light and enumerable miracles given. President Nelson confirmed this to me as he said, "live each day so you are more prepared to meet the savior". I joy in the gospel of Jesus Christ and his constant love for me. "I have a testimony of Jesus Christ. He is my Savior and my brother. He is always there for me. When I pray to my Heavenly Father each day, I do so through my Savior. They know me by name and they know my pains, sorrows, and joys. I can share with them my personal feelings, and they in turn, respond and comfort ...me, help guide me to endure, and help me look or search for hope. I see others' abilities and love, though they may be hidden from others. I see things in life that bring me such joy that I always go back to Father and Jesus Christ to thank them for what I have found. "I know the gospel of Jesus Christ is true. I’ve never had a spiritual experience that was a defining moment for my testimony, but somehow I’ve always known. However, over the many years of my life, I’ve had many little experiences that have reinforced this knowledge. I know that Jesus is my Savior and that He loves and cares for each one of us. The Atonement is real, not just for our sins but for all the unhappiness, illness and other negative things that happen to us in li...fe. Jesus Christ will help us to get through any trial. I know that Joseph Smith was a true prophet and that he translated the Book of Mormon, plus receiving all the revelations regarding doctrine, procedures and policies so that the Church of Jesus Christ could be restored. I know the Book of Mormon is true. It contains all the gospel principles that we need to know in order to live righteously so we can return to Heavenly Father. I am grateful for all the scriptures, because the answers we need for every problem are found in them, and reading scriptures will bring the Holy Ghost so that we can receive personal revelation for our own lives and problems. I know that President Nelson is a prophet. I am thankful to belong to a church which is led by a prophet, and know that he receives revelation for the Church of Jesus Christ2. There is never a question of doctrine being different from one place to another. I am also grateful for prayer; to know that Heavenly Father hears and answers us, and also for the Holy Ghost in answering those prayers and for giving us revelation and testifying of truth.
