Here’s a unique situation, a good friend and all around nut job Dick decided that after this 912 burnt to the ground in a shop fire it would be great fun to make it a speedster of sorts. About an hour after mentioning what he had in mind the dam thing showed up on a slide back in front of my shop without a roof. Since Dick lacks anything resembling patience it’s not exactly my finest work, in fact when the truck came back to pick it up some of the welds were still smoking

Sometimes your asked to do work you don’t exactly understand, here we have an early 50’s Chevy with a blown small block and front and rear c-4 Corvette suspension but the owner wants to run 31 off road tires...not my look but everyone has their own ideas. I cut the fender opening out and expanded it by 3 all the way around giving clearance for the big rubber.

Next on the update list...how about this cool ass Kellison ! This is a fiberglass bodied car built in Sacramento by Jim Kellison, this one is a 1960 model with a small block Chevrolet,Muncie 4 speed and 4 wheel disc brakes. The owner wanted me to widen the quarter panels and close up the wheel gap. I also fabricated a grill, an air intake as well as a fair amount of detail work. This old school sports car came out just as owner wanted. It was a great pleasure to help him achieve his vision what this unique hot rod could be.

Here I find myself once again recovering from shoulder surgery caused by the fact that my brain still thinks it’s in its 20’s but connected to a body much closer to the 60’s ! so I have some time on my hands...My plan is to catch up the page that I have so terribly neglected. Here we go... We’ll start with this lovely 1930 Model A Two door sedan. It was a very scary 1970’s build when it arrived. It now has a Heidts super ride front end and a Dutchman IRS 9 Ford at the rear. It is still an ongoing project that has been great fun.

So after almost two years I’m going to try this again...my page has over 1500 followers but my post only reach 15 or 20 people. Facebook will gladly boost my posts for a small fee...considering I’ve never made a dime from a Facebook referral that kinda chaps my ass ! Anyway if you see this please give it a quick like so I know someone sees it, thanks
