After 34 years of private practice, and thousands of incredible patients, my wife Michelle Costanzo and I will be retiring on September 1. It has been an amazing journey and honor to help the Thousand Oaks community reach their cosmetic goals for over three decades, and we are looking forward to enjoying this next phase of our life together. We will miss all of the wonderful patients that have continued to rely on us with confidence for themselves and their family members fo...r their plastic and reconstructive surgery needs. We are thankful to those who have trusted us with their care. We will also miss the camaraderie and loyalty of our staff.
