What's the market doing? Here is a quick highlight reel. What stands out to you?

The market is ultra hot, but it's also showing some seasonal slowing. If you don't believe me, check out this visual. The green line represents what a year norm...ally looks like and 2020 in black is dipping like it should for the time of year. This happens like clockwork. Every. Single. Year. Of course I know the market doesn't feel slow, but on paper we can undeniably see a slower season in terms of the number of sales happening and the number of listings hitting the market. Big stat: Last month 63.3% of all sales had multiple offers in the Sacramento region. This is an absurd number to see in the fall season as it is normally slower (see graph). Also, compared to last year there were 53.6% more multiple offers this November.
