I’m speaking at a virtual chocolate tasting for a corporation this coming week. Everyone gets a box of chocolate ahead of time so that we can all taste togeth...er. One of the participants can’t eat dark nor milk chocolate so I made him filled white chocolate. Pink = strawberry balsamic. Green = la Kama Moroccan spice with lime. Speckled = smoked caramel with espresso.
