The Families and Friends of Stevenson School, in conjunction with the Salinas Police Department, Starwood Retail/Northridge Mall and the Vineyard Church, announ...ce another surgical mask giveaway. Based on the overwhelming response from their last generous donation, the Stevenson School group secured more masks to donate to our community. This week, the plan is to distribute at 2 locations in Salinas on April 16th from 9:00-10:30 am: 1. Northridge Mall Parking Lot-entry on Madrid St.12,000 masks This location will be drive-thru only--NO WALK-UPS 2. The Vineyard Church Parking Lotat 1122 E. Alisal St.3000 masks This will be WALK-UPS ONLY The giveaway will be similar to the one held last Friday. One package of 10 masks per car/personno exceptions. There will also be a mask giveaway at Monterey Peninsula College in Monterey, April 16th from 3:30-5:00 pm.--15,000 masks Please note: In receiving the donation of masks, the receiving person or business must agree not to hold the donor responsible for any product defect. You/your business accept the masks As Is and assume full responsibility for the masks. More information and a post in Spanish will follow tomorrow.
