DCFS Scouting Here’s an alert to those of you in Illinois. DCFS is at it again and obviously needs to snatch more kids. Today I was coming out to my car and there was a "henchman" from DCFS with a little boy who was trying to go to school and the DCFS shark had just gotten the boy to tell him where he lived.... I stopped in my tracks because I knew it didn’t look right and who was this man on our apartment complex. My daughter said it was DCFS. He then took the boy to the school bus and came back in his car and started to go into the building obviously looking for the parents. I took the opportunity to roll down my car window and call him a home wrecker, which he heard good! I do not know the boy well enough to have taken him with me and do not know his parents only have seen him. Anyway, I then learned from my daughter that DCFS had been at my apartment complex last week and took two little girls from their mother. There is nothing wrong with this little boy appropriately dressed, etc. and we see him each day he’s 5 and does not know what is about to hit him. There was nothing wrong with the girls either. I was told they were taken because they were in the middle of a fight by the parent and her boyfriend. I intend to put up signs in the other buildings on my complex alerting parents, because I know they love to prey on single parents, apartments, those that are less fortunate, etc. I didn’t confront the DFC henchman further because I still have 5 months to go until my daughter turns 18 and don’t want to invite any more encounters with them on myself. (My daughter has learned not to talk to them). So, anyway warn your kids not to talk to them and beware Illinois DCFS needs clients again!

(ONN) What started as a heartsick plea for what I thought was an isolated case - to be investigated, heard and an attempt made to obtain justice - has steadily evolved from a nationwide protest against DCFS and Child Protective Services into a plea to the International Criminal Court. Parents Rights advocates mysteriously murdered Last summer while conducting intense research on ways to fight CPS and bring my kids back home, I uncovered the story of State Senator Nancy Schaefer of the 50th District in Georgia. It shook me to my core. Senator Schaefer conducted a five-year investigation of Child Protective Services (CPS) for her state of Georgia. And after her grizzly discoveries in her own state, she branched out to a nationwide investigation only to find that her suspicions were gravely correct. Schaefer presented her findings to Congress on April 14, 2009. She was planning to meet an informant in Alabama on March 27, 2010 who supposedly had sensitive new information for her that would have wrapped things up on her national DCFS/CPS corruption investigation. Her next course of action was to present her alarming discoveries to the International Criminal Court. Yet, tragically, on March 26, 2010, the Georgia State Senator and her husband Bruce were found shot to death in their home, just in time to stop her from presenting her case to the ICC. The producer who filmed Sen. Nancy Schaefer’s video ‘Kids for Cash’ that was created to be presented to the ICC, Bill Bowen, was also found dead alone at a golf course, just months after the Senator and her husband were found dead in their home.

September 22, 2014 Parents ready to overthrow DCFS to get Kids back By Mark Wachtler September 22, 2014. Phoenix. (ONN) There’s a simple yet unbelievable fact concerning the rule of law in America. Some how, some way, the Dept of Health and Human Services has managed to put itself above the law. Judges across the US are required to rule in favor of welfare caseworkers regardless of how wrong, fraudulent or criminal their claims are. The result is that millions of American kid...s have been taken from their parents for no reason. They’re all boiling mad and they’re all fighting back. It’s a legal precedent right out of Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia - the state welfare agency automatically wins every court case against parents and families, no matter what. In other words, US judges are required by law to rule in favor of the government, always, even when they’re horribly and criminally wrong, even when innocent kids are kidnapped at gun point from their parents in the middle of the night. Your author has been victimized by these state guidelines first-hand for years and I’m still fighting this legal nightmare. I thought it was bizarre and impossible when a Georgia Judge explained to me, Even though you’re right and you’re being unjustly victimized, there’s nothing I can do. I’m required by state guidelines to rule in favor of the caseworker, regardless of the evidence or the facts of the case. Sara - Arizona Less than a month ago, we brought readers the horrifying story of Sara from Arizona. Five years ago, Sara was a new mom. A welfare caseworker launched an investigation of the family after the caseworker mistakenly believed the baby may have had a seizure. That was immediately proven false by the agency’s own doctors. But that didn’t stop DCFS from taking Sara’s baby and putting him in state custody. Over the next five years, Sara has had her next three sons also confiscated by DCFS, each on four different occasions, admittedly for no reason other than the fact that that agency confiscated her first son back in 2009, which was a documented and proven mistake on DCFS’ part to begin with.
