Move away cases are the most difficult family law matters and most end up in litigation asking the court to decide for the parties and their kids. I am thankful that I was able to help two divorced parents sign a voluntary agreement through mediation this week and it's just very cool to be able to make positive impacts on families via my work as a peacekeeper. It's very hard for a parent to voluntarily agree for their children to move hundreds of miles away. Things will obv...iously change.
