End of the semester got you stressed? Today we bring you 3 self care practices you can do right now: 1 Do a breathing exercise. Inhale deeply for a count of four. Hold your breath for another count of four. Finally, exhale completely for a count of four. 2 Get active! Go for a short walk, follow a yoga video on YouTube, or do some simple stretches to help relax your muscles. ... 3 Phone a friend. Take a study break and check in with a friend or loved one. They’re sure to provide you with some much needed moral support
