WE NEED FURNITURE & HOUSEHOLD ITEMS!!! Our Transitional Housing Program is an awesome program for foster teens that have aged out of foster care and are beginning their adult life transition. Our agencies social workers help our clients financially apply for apartments, move in, and furnish their new homes. Once they're moved in, our support staff teaches budgeting, healthy living, cleaning, and supports in any ways needed.
