Hi All, Just an update to let you know the office is open for acupuncture on our normal hours, Mondays through Thursdays 8:30-5:00, with a couple exceptions: I'll be closing at 2PM on December 24th, as well as on New Years Eve, December 31st. Best wishes for the health and safety of each of you during the upcoming holidays.... How is your health lately? I'm finding that lots of people are needing extra support for managing stress, anxiety, neck pain, back pain, and headaches of late. Breathing through masks often contributes to tightening and fatiguing our respiratory muscles on the sides of the neck. Increased sitting time and reduced exercise is causing imbalance and tension of the low back and hip flexor muscles. If you could use some help supporting these, or other health concerns, I'm here to help.
