There IS Zoom yoga class today at 10 but no Zoom class on Wednesday since I’ll be visiting my mother. Zoom classes resume again next Monday 9/28 with a new time. Starting 9/28 Zoom classes will be at 9am-10:30AM. Send me a private message with your email address if you’d like to be added to the email group regarding Zoom classes.

Hi! Yoga class on Zoom this Wednesday 9/9 is canceled. The next ‘live’ Zoom class will be Wednesday 9/16 at 10am PDT.

Sentient beings including insects are all the same in wanting happiness and seeking to avoid suffering. There’s no dispute about this. We tend to rely on physic...al and sensory sources of pleasure, but without peace of mind, we won't be consistently happy. Material development has greatly improved our physical facilities, but peace of mind isn’t manufactured by machines in some factory, we have to create it within. See more
