Today I may not have helped someone with their real estate needs, but I was able to help 3 young women with their vehicle. My boys and I had just pulled into Chick-fil-A and as we were walking in, this young lady asked if I had jumper cables because her car wouldn’t start. Normally I do not carry them but I never took them out from my trip to Oregon a few months ago. Thankfully I know quite a bit about cars and I was able to help pass along some basic information to her. I ...overheard her on the phone to someone explaining the situation and while she had AAA, she didn’t have her own set of jumper cables and was concerned about making it all the way back down to San Diego, roughly a 70 mile trip. I offered for her to take my jumper cables and she could just mail them back to me. She agreed and thanked me several times. I am so glad I was in the right place at the right time and able to help these girls out and was able to show my boys that it’s important to stop and help one another.

Found my clients a wonderful rental property and helped them negotiate a 3 year lease. So many people don’t realize that Realtors can also help assist with finding rental property.
