Can I ask you a question? Brown-Butter Sage Lebneh with Figs is one of my favorite apps for fall and featured on our Special Events menu, but many of you have asked about my meal prep and weeknight dinners. So it got me thinking. What if I cooked up a seasonal 3-course dinner that was elevated and fitted for any special occasion BUT you could take home that 3-course dinner and serve on any well-deserved Tuesday night off? And what if this 3-course dinne...r was under $50 for two? Would that be something you would be interested in? Did you see it? Did you catch last week's recipe video for my Lazy Sunday Baked Eggs? If not, tap on over to reels to get a quick 30-second tutorial. While you’re over there, I would really appreciate it if you would leave a comment or share it with your friends in stories. This helps the algorithm gods favor my content and bless me with new views. A little double tap of love goes a long way for this small biz so thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Roasting up some deliciousness with in-season produce like this acorn squash. One of my favorite ways to dress up roasted squash is with this simple Ginger Maple Glaze. Save this recipe for a quick weeknight sheet pan side dish to your favorite protein or atop a winter green salad. Then head over to my stories to see what else is in season! Ingredients... 1 acorn or delicate squash 1 tbsp. Butter or vegan butter 1 tbsp. Real Maple syrup 1 tsp. Water 1 inch fresh ginger, grated Salt & pepper Instructions Preheat oven to 425F Cut squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds with spoon. Slice squash 1/4 inch thick and arrange on a lightly oiled sheet pan. (Olive oil preferred.) Season with salt and pepper. Roast for 20 mins. Remove from oven. Brush on your glaze. Roast for another 10 minutes or until flesh is knife tender. Enjoy! See more
