Ellie: High school student, learning the value of hard work and keeping a purpose when there seems to be none Sammy: Young woman, providing for herself while learning new skill Gabe: Young man, learning to be part of a team and seeing his value Zack: Newly married, who left a stable career to take a chance in our small business Joey: Young man, newly on his own finding his way in the world Sara: Single mom, working 2 jobs and caring for her 2 children Matt: Father of 2, teaching full time and serving part time to provide for his family Jaime: (not pictured) Young man interning to learn a new skill to take him into his future Which of them should I tell first, "you don't matter, you can't work"? They all matter to me, and so do their families.

It's time to fight for our businesses again!

For those who didn't see the survey that the city "committee" put together... Curious how much time and tax money was spent to put together said committee, this... survey, and sending it out to local businesses? Aren't these pretty basic questions? We are 9 mos in. A little late to be asking me about challenges, since I've already made it extremely clear what I need. We NEED to run our businesses before we have to close our doors.
