MOAH has a wonderful Educational Traveling Trunk Program, bringing the museum experience to school kids. Here in the photo, Museum Curator Andy Campognone shows an exhibit to a young student.

Palmdale is hosting "Books & Barks" again. Kids will read to friendly dogs on Tuesday, January 27th at 3:30 PM at the Palmdale City Library. This event partners with the AV Obedience Club (headed by Carole Kelly). Kids can read and the dogs will love it, no matter what the kids' abilities are! Sounds good to us!

As we get closer to moving out of the office, we will post furniture and other things we're selling. Here's the leather loveseat. More to come!

Since we are closing our beautiful brick & mortar office, we have lots for sale at great prices. This is a handmade conference table with 10 comfortable Tuscan Orange chairs that go with it. Cal Vet is having a Job Fair for their new skilled nursing Unit in West LA. If interested, the job fair will be January 21 from 9 AM to 4 PM at their West LA Vets Home at 11500 Nimitz Avenue in LA. Other vets homes, including Lancaster are also looking to hire. Their website is www.calvet.ca.gov/jobs

To all our friends and supporters ... we will be retiring at the end of this year. Chapman Communications will close its doors. Our journey has been exceptional in clients served, events organized and community participations. While we’ll miss the day to day interactions, we know we will see many of you in various community venues and events. We will continue to participate in our great community. We wish to say thank you to everyone with whom we had the opportunity to w...ork. And with the holidays upon us, we wish you and yours a wonderful Christmas and New Year.
