Candidates MUST have current RADT or other California Certification (non-negotiable), TB, CPR, First Aid, and Driver's License with reliable transportation. Candidates will have the capacity to assist clients in developing life skills, model healthy communication skills, run evidence based groups, be proficient in documentation to ASAM guidelines, conduct urinalysis tests (routinely, randomly, and on suspicion of illicit use), and engage our clients with healthy and recovery oriented focus throughout each shift to provide structure, support, and accountability to clients. Certified Counselor/Clinical Assistant This is a hybrid position and will include some counseling duties and some executive assistant duties, with room for growth as our company is rapidly expanding. Candidates MUST have current California Certification (non-negotiable), TB, CPR, First Aid, and Driver's License with reliable transportation. Candidates will run individual and group sessions and have strong abilities to document using ASAM criteria following each interaction with clients. This position will assist in completion of BioPsychoSocial Assessments, Initial Treatment Plans, Master Treatment Plans, and will be included in Treatment Planning, assisting clients in identifying and progressing towards their treatment plan goals. Crisis Intervention skills are necessary, and effective communication, open and willing attitude, flexibility in the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks as they arise on a daily basis.
