Another fire due to dryer lint. Please make sure you take care of your lint.

Multiple engines from the Clovis Fire responded to fire yesterday. The fire was contained and the source was determined to be the dryer. We remind you that 34% of all dryer fires are due to dirty hoses and interiors. Please clean your lint filter and vent ductwork regularly.

We are not closed and our number is still in use. Comcast is having a major outage and we are affected. Please message us if you need service.

Let's talk about refrigerator coil cleaning again. This is from our personal refrigerator. I clean our coils about every 4-6 months. We have two dogs and two people in our household. The importance of cleaning the coils is the longevity it brings to your appliance. The brush pictured is a coil brush you can purchase at any home improvement store.

Did you know that putting an open container of Coffee grounds in your refrigerator can eliminate odor?

Have dirty drip pans? A solution of 1 part Simple Green degreaser and 1 part warm water, soak for 10 minutes. It may take several times depending on the job. After each soak give it a good scrub down with the back of your sponge. Of course if you would rather just buy some new ones contact us =)

Just a quick tip for this time of the year. A lot of the newer ovens have a self cleaning option. The heat it reaches while in self clean can do a lot of damage to the controls and other such items on your oven if not vented properly. The best option is to manually clean. The last thing you want is a down oven on Thanksgiving! Have a wonderful holiday and we are here if you need us!!!
