Hey Chamberlin! I took your course this past weekend, the tall guy in Township 15.. usually 10 min late. Wanted to thank you for all the little hacks you have for taking the test. I PASSED ON MY 1st ATTEMPT!... I would recommend to everyone taking your course to buy the pink book! It really helps prepare you. The acronyms used for memory aids were great too. The best advice I can give people is to stay confident! You know more than you think. Make a notation for every question you are not sure about. It takes a while to get into your groove. I believe I passed the test largely in part to reviewing my answers at the end before clicking grade test. Gene says don’t change more than 3, I changed 9 of my answers that I felt needed to be changed. So if you are like me, and had trouble in the beginning catching your stride, don’t be afraid to change it if you feel strongly the answer you had is wrong. Get there early! The online practice tests couldn't get much closer to the real deal (minus some changes in... wording and you basically have the state test). During the crash course Gene goes over ALL of the material necessary to pass the real estate exam, there's no wonder he has such a high pass rate... Plan your exam date the week after taking the crash course and there you have your Real Estate Salesperson or Brokers license.. I highly recommend using Chamberlin for the online courses as well as an in person crash course to finalize all of the knowledge you learned from the online sections.
