Dear Cha Customers, . We have been changing and adjusting our practices due to Covid-19 almost every day due to changing requirements (everyday). . For your safety and our Team's safety, these are some examples of the changes we have implemented:... . Added cleaning/sanitizing of high touch areas every 30 minutes and additional cleaning procedures. . Removed or reduced areas/opportunities for customer high touch situations. Such as removing condiments, and having our staff distribute with each order or upon customer request. Samples removed for this reason also. . Provide hand sanitizer for customers to use. . Any staff showing cold/flu symptoms will be requested not to come in to work. . Plus, more... . Our goal will be to try to stay open (until it's not possible) to both serve our valued customers and provide work/income for our Team as long as we can- while staying safe and minimizing risk as much as possible. .
