As tough of a year 2020 was on everyone in the world, here at Canyon Hills Animal Hospital we are very thankful for the health of all of our staff members, their families, as well as all of our clients and their furry friends! 2020 has brought on many changes at Canyon Hills. We are very thankful for the 48 years that Dr. Turano took care of all of our pets! Like all good things they must come to an end, Dr. T is enjoying his new life in Florida. We are very thankful for him ...hand selecting our new Owner and Doctor, Dr. Georgina Marquez. We are very excited for 2021 and beyond as Dr. Marquez leads us into the modern era of Veterinary Medicine. She is an Internal Medicine Specialist which means she is able to use her training and skills to research you animal's health problems in a more in-depth way. We have introduced Endoscopy, Ultrasounds, Digital X-rays, CT Scans, and have our own Board Certified Surgeon. We still offer all of our great services including our award winning Pet Hotel, Non-Anesthetic Dentals, Grooming and Pet Store. Most importantly Dr. Marquez has kept every single employee that worked for Dr. T! Something most places do not do when they change ownership. Change can be difficult but just remember all the same faces that have been taking care of your animals are still here and look forward to taking care of your animals for many years to come. So come on down an meet Dr. Marquez in 2021, or stop by and tell us one of your favorite Dr. T stories.
