This man needs a new home. He was abandoned at our clinic when his owner couldn’t afford to feed both him and themselves. He has good bloodwork, had a nasty flea infestation (now gone), and is so friendly it hurts to see him homeless for the holidays. He is an older gentleman, about 14 years old. Let us know if you are interested! His current name is Mr. Wizard, (510)538-2330.

We have the cutest puppy available for adoption at Chabot! . "Lily Bellana" is being fostered by us until we find her forever home. Approx 9 wks old, best guess is she's a Chihuahua & Chocolate Lab Mix. The doctors estimate she will be 25-30lbs full grown, currentlyy 5lbs. So sweet & cuddly! LilyB loves other dogs and would thrive in a home with another dog to keep her company. She really is a gem, whoever adopts her will be lucky inded! Spread the word!

Could this be your new best friend?? This adorable puppy is currently being cared for by the staff here at Chabot while we look for her furever home. Our best guess is that she is a Chihuahua Mix, 8-9 weeks old, and currently 5lbs. Doctors are estimating she will be about 25lbs full grown. She looks like chocolate lab with the features and stature of a Chihuahua. It took a village to rescue this little pup, when one of our beloved clients, Nancy R., told us of her plight..., we just had to help her. You see, someone wasn't very nice to this baby at some point, as Dr. Neely discovered her whiskers have been burned on one side of her face She is full of spunk and loves to play play play, with people and other dogs. She has been dewormed, vaccinated (will need boosters still) and is currently being spoiled and taken home at night by Chabot staff. If you are interested in meeting little Lily Bella (our nicknames for her), give us a ring to set up a time. If you're in the clinic for other reasons and just need a puppy fix, let us know

We love getting pictures of our patients. This is Noodles, the happiest doggy around. She was in to see us earlier this week and was so excited to see everyone! She gave lots of cuddles and love, then a bit later we were pleasantly suprised when her papa emailed us this adorable picture! We love you Noodles! See you again next month

We had the pleasure of meeting this little nugget of adorableness this past Saturday. This is Lily, a 7 week old Miniature Dachshund and she is just the cuddliest little girl. Mom Monica was nice enough to let us all get snuggle time with the puppy. Dr. Neely may or may not have tried to tuck her into her coat and sneak off with her! Welcome to the family Lily and congratulations to Monica and family on your new baby!

We're reaching out to friends to ask for your help with one of our own team members, who's a big part of our family here @ Chabot. You've probably interacted with receptionist Georgia at the front desk, in an examination room, or by phone. She is a hardworker who does her best to help both our 4 & 2-legged friends. Now, Georgia needs our help... Georgia has very recently been diagnosed with stage 3 breast ...cancer. She faces a tough road of treatments which has forced her to take an immediate leave of absence from work that is expected to last nearly a year at best. Her treatments come with high out of pocket expenses at every single visit. She needs these treatments to save her life. She is the mom to two adorable little girls, ages 3 & 7. We would like to help alleviate as much stress and worry as we can, so that she can focus on healing, and spending time with her kids. Please take a moment to click on the link, donate if you can, and share the link if you aren't able to donate at this time, and we ask everyone to please send Georgia good, healing energy, vibes, prayers, etc. We love you Georgia, and can't wait until you are back in the clinic https://www.gofundme.com/35bynsw See more

Oh Rabbit, it's not the same without you to share my desk. Today marks 2 years since you left us. I miss you helping me type, and answer the phone, and being the best paperweight there ever was. I miss the rumble of the loudest purr ever. I miss your hugs. Everyone misses you. Always in our hearts until we meet on the other side of the rainbow bridge.
