ATTENTION 2021 SPRING REGISTERED PLAYERS: Assessments scheduled for this weekend have been postponed. As you are aware, California is in lockdown and we have to change the date of our assessments. The board will be meeting this Thursday with a new plan and date and those two will be communicated to all registered players when the are finalized. Thank you for your patience!

PLEASE READ: NOTES FOR REC 2021: Due to the ongoing uncertainty of game play in California, registration for Rec 2021 will be ran a bit differently than in years past, please review the notes below BEFORE registering your daughter with CGFP: - Registration for Rec 2021 will remain $200.00* for 8u - 14u divisions... - Registration for Rec 2021 will remain $80.00* or 6u division - NO MONEY WILL BE COLLECTED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION* - Season will begin mid-February and last through the end of April, 2021 - Subject to Change - All county/state health orders will be followed at the time they are released and will be updated throughout the season as warrants *Registrations fees will be due and collected at assessments prior to your player receiving her assessment number. Please be prepared to pay the registration fees in full via cash or credit card on the day of assessments. If, come January, we are not given clearance to proceed with competitive game play, aka normal spring season, no monies will be collected and the season may be deemed, per board approval, a continuance of the current Sport Camp Protocol of conditioning and drills in a stable cohort. We will be doing some maintenance on Fields 1, 2, 4. The work will be done tomorrow, Friday 9/25 by Barkshire Laser Leveling starting at 7am. It will take them all day. The athletic fields need to be 'rested' for 3 days after the leveling, so we are pleading with the neighbors who use this park to remain off of the athletic fields through Monday, 9/28. The grass areas are open, but the dirt fields are closed from 9/25-9/28. All field practices have been rescheduled. This doe...s not affect cage practices, but there is no Field Use allowed while at cages during this time. We will have signs posted on the gates, gates will be locked and cones will be placed on the fields to deter pets and people from disrupting the settling of the fields. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we make the fields free of valley and hills. Thank you CGFP Board

IMPORTANT CHANGE TO FALL BALL 2020 SEASON: CGFP will be joining the East County Softball Association Fall Ball program. All local leagues are joining the ECSA program in the hopes that games will be held sometime in the next few months. All practices will be held at CGFP fields, but most games will be held over the weekend, double headers, and take place in East County.
