A CrossFit Classic For Time: Annie... 50-40-30-20-10 Double Unders Sit-ups Some Options: Jumping Jacks: You can double the reps and perform 100-80-60-40-20! Option 2: if you feel like you need more, try going back up the order! 50-40-30-20-10-20-30-40-50 Double Unders Sit-ups If you’re confused with the format: Round 1 perform 50 double unders then 50 sit-ups. Round 2 will be 40 reps, Round 3 will be 30 reps, Round 4 will be 20 reps, and Round 5 will be 10 reps! Have fun!

Hey Guys! We need your help to find some objects around the house you may be able to use for today’s workout. We have 3-5 Rounds of: 30 Thrusters 30 Bent Over Row... 30 Crunches *Start with 3 rounds. If you feel like you need a little more, try working through 5 rounds *For the Thrusters and Bent Over Rows, be creative with what you can use as weight. Be safe! Option 2: If you do have your own equipment ( Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells) fell free to use that as your load! You can do: 30 Thrusters and 30 *Bent Over Rows with your barbell. *With a Dumbbell or Kettlebell, try doing 15 reps with your Right Arm, then transition to you left arm for 15 reps! Have fun!
