Holiday Giving 2020 is here. The holidays are a wonderful time for some but a hard time for others. This year has been rough for a lot of us and during the holidays it makes us feel it a little stronger. We are now accepting donations both in-kind and cash. This opportunity to give ends on December 18th. Please make your donation here ---> cffsacramento.org/donate

Wow! One week ago we had the privilege of pulling off our BIGGEST zoom event to date! We had over 400 REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS! With our audiences coming from Sacramento to New York and crossing country lines with registrants from Australia and even Peru! We want to thank everyone involved in Men, Medicine & Music. It truly warmed our hearts to see all the support and love. ... Our mission is far from over, but we are so grateful we had the opportunity to spread health and wellness advise from our amazing doctors, and entertain with Eric Darius' amazing musical talent. Lets keep going and growing. Feel free to register on our website to stay up to date on our 2021 event at cffsacramento.org.
