What an amazing year it has been! We are excited to continue providing high quality inspection services for our amazing friends and we have a few big plans for 2018 we know you will like! We hope everyone has a safe and happy start to the new year!

These are the moments that remind us how important our job is. This breaker was double lugged because the lower breaker was faulty. Just so happens this breaker was faulty too and wasn't tripping. The wires have been over heating and melted the sheathing on both wires. I could smell the burnt sheathing once the cover came off. Please use licensed professionals for repairs especially for electrical! This family gets to keep their house for Christmas.

Stop by Wal-Mart grocery store in downtown Lincoln today till 4 p.m. and help the #placercountyassociationofrealtors and #lincolnrealestatecommittee stock up canned food for the #saltmine!!!!!!!
