Just had my first false alarm. Accidentally set the alarm for "away" when we were actually home. Jennavie and I were snuggled up in the living room, hear the a...larm go off, and we panic. Not sure whether to disarm the alarm or not....I proceed. The alarm monitoring division calls me regardless, asks for the passcode, and waits to ensure our home is secure while I verify, via the ap on my phone, what had happened.
