2019 Kanemoto Classic ended with a massive success! State records broken, tons of PRs set. Big thanks to the entire central team for volunteering to help out at the meet. Central Stength's first meet will be Silicon Valley Open this Saturday. Stop by in the morning and afternoon to watch some strong powerlifters put up weight on the platform. Come mingle with old members and new. Lots of good local competition going head to head. ... Open gym will be closed all day for this event.
