DAY 3 OF SHELTER IN PLACE Was thinking about the disasters I went through selling real estate working commission only. (That means no paycheck for months while ...the disaster is happening LOL!!!!) Some were personal and tragic for me. It took some time to come through all of them, but you come through. Here's the list. 89 Earthquake when the Bay Bridge fell down 91 Oakland Firestorms The floods as a result of the Firestorms in all California 94 Northridge Earthquake that caused lots of fear about California Savings and loan crash Iraqi war Interest rates during this war time 9-11-12% 2008 real estate recession My Mothers death and during this 35 years I had huge tragedies besides my mother that rocked me. BUT today I know that I am stronger, wiser, more loving, kinder, more compassionate and empathetic, more helpful, more peaceful, more whole, more courageous, and more able to lift others up.
