Today CCLM attended the Drive-Thru Celebration Ceremony. CCLM received a gift of $6370.00 to assist with COVID19 relief efforts from Arrowhead United Way. If your child is brand new to SBCUSD and needs a device and internet access to start distance learning on August 3, please call your child’s school directly. If your child is a returning student with a device issue, call CyberTech at (866) 223-8685 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Please leave a recorded message and CyberTech will call you back. You may also email [email protected] to reach Cyber...Tech. When sending an email, please include the student ID, a description of the issue, and a call back number. CyberTech está trabajando arduamente conforme a los dispositivos estudiantiles. Such a wonderful gift today!! Thank you to FFA High School, St. Paul Lutheran Church, Peyton Rushing, Harvey, and the ELCA. Mr. and Mrs. Pankow and Pastor Nate visited CCLM to bring gifts and CCLM could not be more grateful! It is so inspiring that even during time of disparity people can come together and to make a difference and help each other!

CCLM received a wonderful donation of 1/4 cow. A student from FFA High School, Peyton Rushing, raised Harvey and they normally sell the cow at the Orange County Fair. Due to Covid-19 the fair was cancelled, St. Paul Lutheran Churh raised donations and applied for a Covid Relief grant from the Synod and ELCA. Through both efforts they were able to purchase the beef from Peyton and donate $1,400.00 to CCLM. Peyton stated "Havey was raised with love and will be extra tasty because of that!". CCLM is so grateful for these wonderful gifts. Meat is something CCLM is alway in need of to continue serving our clients and community and we could not continue to provide the services we do without generous and caring support from our community, fellow congregations and donors.

Food Distributions Through The County This Week

For the month of July, children 18 and under can now receive up to seven days’ worth of breakfast and lunch! Each child will be provided three days of food on M...ondays and four days of food on Wednesdays. In addition, every Wednesday through August 31, we will be distributing one box of fresh produce per family while supplies last.
