State retracts ‘Purple’ Tier... In a stunning decision, the State of California has moved Shasta County back into the more favorable, ‘business-friendly’ ‘Red’... Tier. Local businesses can remain open under Red Tier guidelines. This is truly a win for every man, woman, child and for every deserving Shasta County business owner, and every hard-working employee. The State heard the passion expressed by nearly 200 citizens... those pleading for survival and those trusting the State to do the right thing. In the end, State Health officials recognized the validity of the position expressed by Shasta County last week, "We do not believe the restrictions on businesses that are imposed on counties in the Purple Tier and on other institutions of higher education are appropriate given we have not identified disease spread occurring in those sectors and are requesting to remain in the Red Tier at this time." Hey everyone. Due to extremely unfortunate circumstances, one of my very long time clients is no longer able to care for his two beautiful dogs. Ginger is a ...spayed senior Cocker Spaniel. She is very active and happy. I have been grooming her since she was a puppy. Judeis a neutered five year old terrier cross and super sweet. He is very happy go lucky and easy to get along with. I have been grooming him for a few years and he is a joy. We would like them to be re homed together, but will split them up if necessary. They need loving homes ASAP.
