My sleep has been disturbed for most of 2020. When I was sick in Jan-Feb my dreams were horrific, vivid awful things. I’d sleep only 30 min at a time. After COVID lockdown it didn’t get much better. But, for 9 days in a row, I’m finally sleeping more restfully. Last night, I had this profound, no image, deep-dive dream that was so healing and ended with these words, Do not fear to do better.
