God loves each of us so much! His love is something we can count on and put our trust in- and the more we lean into His love, the more we align ourselves with Him! Today, in the midst of whatever is going on in your world, make the choice to live in His love! What are some ways that you encounter God’s love?

CPSOM Students! Here’s a quick update from Pastor @stu_macklin. We’re going to be doing one more week online, but we hope to see you all in our online classrooms!

Sometimes, it can be so easy for our patience to run out- both with people and in the middle of a difficult season! It can be so easy to lose our temper or try to rush ahead in the process. But if we trust God and lean into His power, He can sustain us and renew our patience to help us get through whatever circumstance we are facing! How has God sustained you through a difficult season or circumstance?

Do you know who your Father says you are? Identity is a journey worth taking! When we find our true identity and understand who we really are, we can step into so much goodness as we become who God always intended us to be! In rough seasons, it can feel like it is so hard to find peace! But the truth is, while peace is a feeling, it is also often a choice that we can make! By choosing to pursue peace and valuing relationship with others, we become peacemakers! When we become peacemakers instead of peacebreakers, we invite peace into every area of our lives. How do you pursue peace in your life?

God loves you! He has always loved you! He will always love you! He loved you before you ever even took a breath. He loved you enough to sacrifice His life for you to be saved. Salvation is a gift that no one deserves but is available to everyone, and it’s given to us because of the love God has for us. No matter where you are at in your journey, know that you can rest in God’s love. Where do you see God’s love poured out in your life?

Gratitude changes the world! When we look around and seek out things to be grateful for, we invite a new perspective into our lives, and we can shift from feeling hopeless to hopeful! What are you grateful for?

CPSOM students! School is starting on Monday! Before we launch, we are inviting all students and alumni to join us for our kickoff barbecue and worship night on Sunday August 23rd from 7-9pm at the fire pit behind CPKids! We’ll have food, socially distant connection and @aeronbrownart is leading worship! We hope to see you there!

School starts in 6 days and we’ve got great things coming! Our first bible study for second year students just arrived and we have new t-shirts and sweatshirts for students at their orientation!
