Spent sun afternoon/ eve in a 'dome' looking out over the Santa Monica mnts. It was the inauguration of a community space for the purpose of 'gathering together' around sound, music, song, food and most importantly wonderful people. Felt I was at the right place, at the right time, with the right people.

Welcome everyone! The new site is up and running, with the help of my son, Nils, the web expert. I'd like to network with anyone 'out there' who's interested in life alternatives, cleansing, yoga, sound healing , toning, conscious food intake..etc. My mission is to find ways of creating vitality, creativity, inspiration & innovation thru many avenues ... 'right use of time & energy' to become more self sustaining individually as well as collectively. Time for new paradigms for 'living differently'!! community
