Cen-Cal Professional Wrestling & Entertainment, Inc. (CCPW) is and has been the lawful owner of certain corporations and intellectual properties, including Cen-Cal Professional Wrestling; Vendetta Pro Wrestling, LLC (VPW); and Planet Lucha. With the greatly anticipated opening of our own brick-and-mortar venue, the Flower City Ballroom, CCPW’s Board of Directors have decided to focus on building the Planet Lucha brand, and having Cen-Cal Professional Wrestling serve as th...e umbrella company for our other to-be-announced endeavors. Recently, an offer to purchase VPW was made by a bona fide private purchaser. Upon the Majority Shareholders’ approval, ownership of VPW was transferred to its new private owners. Effective June 1, 2020, VPW is no longer associated with CCPW. CCPW no longer lays any legal claim to the intellectual property, nor the limited liability corporation known as Vendetta Pro Wrestling, LLC. CCPW wishes VPW, as well as all other professional wrestling companies, great success. We look forward to a bright future for the entire industry.

Amid growing concerns regarding the Coronavirus, we have halted all plans for shows in April. In the meantime, we will continue to work on getting the Flower Ci...ty Ballroom ready to open. We are hoping for a late Spring/early Summer opening, at which point Planet Lucha will run on a monthly basis. Stay safe out there, ladies and gentlemen, and don’t forget to wash your hands!
