He did a wonderful job helping me with my battery, testing it to show that it indeed needed to be replaced. He installed the new battery efficiently but the bad news was that the problem was the starter! Ramik went the extra mile by contacting his dispatch to schedule a tow for the next morning for me. That was perfect! The driver the next morning also did a great job (didn’t catch his name). Both very helpful and courteous. Thank you!
