This week will be a busy one for the students, for this week will close out the first quarter of the school year. Although this Friday marks the end of the quarter, please understand that report cards will not be distributed until the following week. Grab your shirt and let's celebrate these two important ministries. It's also early dismissal day at CCA. K-3rd will dismiss at 12:15pm and 4th - 8th will dismiss at 12:30pm. Daycare is available until 6pm.

Every year, CCYL invites each class to create their very own pumpkin creation. Guided by their teacher, all children are a part of the pumpkin's transformation. Stop by the welcome kiosk to purchase your raffle tickets. Not able to do that before or after school, visit the school office. We're happy to assist.

Our class Harvest Activity Day is Friday, Oct. 30! Free dress in Harvest western gear or fun fall colors. We ask each family bring one large bag of individually wrapped candy for game prizes. Additional donations can be found in the sign up link.

Now that all of our CCYL sweatshirts have arrived we want to remind you that for outerwear Only Dennis uniform or CCYL hoodies are permitted. If you did not order and still want to purchase we have a few extra in the Academy Office. Don't forget to write their names on both tags so that we can return them when left behind or lost. In regards to the Jr. High hooded sweatshirts (blue & pink) sold last year, they can only be worn on Fridays. If you have any other questions please let us know.

Machelle holds her Masters Degree in Education and loves Jesus Christ. We are so thankful that the Lord brought her to our school years ago. She is not only our school's 4th grade teacher, she is the Director of our Summer Camp. This past summer offered a unique set of challenges due to the onset of COVID-19. Through prayer and discernment, Machelle successfully led 50 children in a safe AND fun summer! This past Sunday we recognized her for all of her hard work.
