SGT. Holmes issuing a trespass warning citation (a written warning not to return to the property) to a suspect. Our warning citations are recognized by the court system as a legal document, and if the suspect returns to the property, he is instantly arrested for California Penal Code 602.

While we try to be understanding and offer assistance to those who are homeless, setting up a camp on someone else's property who doesn't want you there is unacceptable. The subject was escorted off the property (but was given some money for coffee at the 7-eleven down the street).
