The CCPOA endorses the following candidates who support public safety. These individuals will make informed decisions about the continued growth and prosperity of the CC commmunity, not based on pressure from groups like the Culver City Action Network (CCAN). CCAN proposes to use the roadmap to defund CCPD that was used in Seattle and Portland, which we all know was a disaster. Vote pro-public safety candidates, our community safety depends on it.

This arrest illustrates the dangers law enforcement officers face on a daily basis. Our officers are glad to stand in between our community and the people who would mean to do them harm. 7 former Culver City Mayors sign letter speaking out against police defunding candidates in upcoming election. If the defunding candidates are elected, they will have the votes needed to defund CCPD by 50% immediately. Although these candidates, and current city council members, know this is an unpopular course of action, they have once again ignored the majority of the residents and business owners in CC.
