Thank you Adam Young, Brendan Lydon, Steve Elder, Francie Overstreet and Caroline Kim for your hard work and service at the Castlecreek Club as the former board . We are grateful for all the good work they have done especially navigating through the Covid season and the new sign up system. We hope they all continue to enjoy playing Pickleball and have success in the new direction they are taking and wish them the best in all they do in serving the community. Stay cool play hot!

Hello Pickleballers Please take the opportunity to welcome and congratulate our two new board members, Caroline Kim and Steve Elder. With the resignation of Margie Siegrist from the board, an additional spot was opened. In the policies and procedures of the club, if the number of candidates equals the number of vacancies, no election is needed. This is the reason we did not complete the election process. We appreciate everyone who was so interested in the outcome. They bo...th officially become board members this Saturday, June 20th, as that was the original date planned. We also wish to thank Margie for her almost five years of service to Castle Creek. She began playing here six years ago and in that first year met Bob on the courts, fell in love, and got married! During her tenure here, she has been known for the warmth of her welcome, her whistle, her desire to bring people together by planning social events, and her laughter. Margie also played a significant role in getting the new courts done. Her service on the board will be greatly missed. She said she felt it was just time for her to leave, opening the way for new ideas! She and Bob will still play here, so we will still see them often. Please take the opportunity to thank her as well for all that has been accomplished, far more than could be written here. Again, congratulations to Caroline and Steve, we anticipate continued great playing and camaraderie here at Castle Creek!

Recently, we posted that Lon Jones was stepping down from the board. We appreciate all he did for the club and our members. He will still be playing Pickleball with us, but with his departure from the board, a place on the board needs to be filled. Two candidates have expressed interest in becoming board members. The primary purpose of this post is to introduce you to those candidates and allow them to share a bit about their candidacy. Our candidates are Caroline Kim and Ste...ve Elder. The election will begin June 14th. Members may vote for one candidate and a winner will be declared June 20th. More information about the election will be announced soon. We are happy to announce the re-opening of the club this Tuesday!! In this downtime we have repaired the fence, put up new nets and completely resurfaced the courts. It looks fantastic and we can't wait for you all to come and play! Due to Covid-19 regulations, we have to track who is here and when, and the only way to do that is through a reservation system. You need to be a member to access the reservation system. You can purchase a membership on our website, ccpickleb...all.com. We have monthly memberships for $20, 6 months for $100. No cash is to be exchanged. No drop-ins or guests allowed. Be on the lookout for an email inviting you to the reservation system shortly after you purchase your membership. We are currently limited to only 20 players at a time, so we have broken the days into multiple sessions With this system you will be able to see available sessions you can reserve. We look forward to seeing you all!
