Photo from today's Pacific Crest Tri. Heading out for the run, brought some snacks in case I got hungry.
Switching things up this weekend. Chris is in Bend, Or for the Pacific Crest Half Ironman Tri. He last did this race in 2009, some 7 years ago. This will be his first triathlon in a solid 5 years! Good times ahead!
