We offer contactless Pick-up and drop-off for boarding and regular daycare (No van Pick-up/drop-off). How it works: Dropping Off: Call when you're on you way to drop off with an ETA. We will tell you which yard to put your dog in. It will be one of the three top yards closest to the parking lot. Please make sure to take off their leash before leaving them in the yard. There is white picnic table to leave all of your belongings. After you dropped everything off we will move y...our dog to a permanent yard and bring your belongings inside. Picking Up: Call when you're on you way to pick up with an ETA. We will move you dog to one of the upper three yards closest to the parking lot. We will let you know which one. We will hang their leash on the gate if you left one with us. We will pack up your belongings and leave them on the white picnic table. Payment: When you call with your drop off ETA please let us know how you'll be paying (cash, check, Card). If you are paying with cash or check please leave it with you belongings on the white picnic table. If you are paying with debit or credit card we will take the payment over the phone or use the card saved on file with us (if we have one). When you call with your Pick up ETA we will take the phone payment and charge your card then. We do not have Venmo, Paypal, or CashApp. We take all major credit card companies.
