When my daughter Michelle Maros was going through a really difficult breakup, I got her a bracelet and had engraved on it This too shall pass. It was a simpl...e reminder for her to wear and remember throughout the day. This year has not been easy. Ask yourself what encouraging words you need to hear right now, and then stick that reminder somewhere you look every day, like your bathroom mirror. I'm sending you love and giving you the biggest hug.

This is hard time for so many reasons. I was touched yesterday to see how parents, teachers and school staff came together to make distance learning for our kids the best experience it can be. We really are all in this together! Look for the sunshine in your life!

We are tired and losing our patience. Hang on, my friends! Be thankful for what you do have and love your people. We will get through this together. We can do hard things!

Playing the victim gives away our power. Taking responsibility for our actions gives us the space learn from our mistakes and grow. Being honest and vulnerable with others allows for genuine connection and love.

A heart of gratitude can change our whole perspective. In the midst of months of discomfort and unpredictability, what are you thankful for?
