Have you had an Orval? This is hands down one of our all time favorite beers and yet we still find many who have never tried this one of a kind beer made by Trappist Monks, a true gem. Orval Day is something we celebrate every year and earlier this year it was postponed. Please take this opportunity to learn more about this beer and it’s legend, we will be pouring many of these today and over the weekend and have a keep the glass special as well! A rare opportunity to ge...t one of these Trappist glasses! If you want to learn more, keep reading. Like any enduring classic, Orval is also born of a legend. So the story goes: The widowed countess Matilda of Tuscany mistakenly dropped her wedding ring into a spring. Distraught, she prayed to God for its return and shortly thereafter a trout surfaced with the ring in its mouth. Matilda exclaimed, Truly this place is a Val d’Or! or golden valley and, overjoyed, she gave the land to the church, which built a monastery there, founded in 1070a.

Fitz earned his poke, burger and beer(s) here today, and worked to bring attention to our veterans in need. 22 day push-up challenge - Veteran suicide prevention Today, he also nominated our own @austensteel ... Today is day 4 of his 22 day challenge. He was nominated to do 22 push-ups a day for 22 days to raise awareness for our military veterans. Studies show we lose 22 veterans a day to suicide, and this small act shows our teammates they are never alone.
